60% Grenache, 40% Syrah

The Marès family has always farmed with a nod toward being as sustainable as possible, “lutte raisonnée” as it is known in France, with little or no reliance on chemical pesticides, herbicides or fungicides. Several years ago Cyril made the decision to begin the conversion to organic farming, and the estate is now certified organic.

Aromas of spices and scents of red fruits, like strawberry and blackcurrant. Very smooth tannins. Great now, or can also be left in the cellar to be enjoyed later.
